How can I see availability?

What's included in my booking?

When you book the studio, you get access to moveable walls, a selection of paper rolls, two lighting stands, and various chairs and stools.

We do not provide lighting equipment. If you need to arrange lighting, we recommend Picture Hire Australia, based in Norwood.

Question 3

What facilities are on site?

When you book the studio, you get access to a dressing room in the studio, and a bathroom under the stairs. There is also a couch outside the studio for clients to wait if you have multiple clients.

Question 4

What can't I use/have in the studio?

You can't use candles, smoke machines, haze or naked flame in the studio. We unfortunately can't have pets in the studio either.

What happens if I need to reschedule?

You can reschedule your appointment through our booking system, but if you're having problems please send us an email!

What's your cancellation policy?

All cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the booking to receive a refund.

How do I access the studio?

Make sure you check your emails after your booking has been accepted. Please check your spam and promotions folders, as sometimes our emails land there!

We will send you a bunch of information about the studio, and if you've booked on the weekend we'll send you important access information.

Our studio entrance is on Gunson Street, ring the doorbell and one of our team will meet you. If no one arrives at the door, head to The Mill entrance on Angas Street.
