What are the apartment rules?

- Smoking is not permitted inside the flat.
- No pets.
- No parties or events without our explicit consent.
- No unregistered guests or visitors are permitted. Only with our prior consent.
- Please keep noise to a minimum after 11 p.m.
- Please take care of the furniture. Do not move it.

Question 2

When will I receive my code to retrieve the key?

Accepted Answer

The code will be sent to you automatically 48 hours before your arrival at the flat. In the case of a last-minute booking (less than 48 hours in advance), please contact us.

Question 3

Where can we find the key to open the door? Where should we leave the key when we leave?

Accepted Answer

The key is located in an external box on the door. Enter the code sent directly on the box, then press the padlock icon to unlock it.
When leaving, return the key to this box using the same code; close the box, you will hear the locking mechanism engage, check that everything is securely closed.

Can we arrive earlier and leave later?

This is on a case-by-case basis; please contact me to confirm the time you wish to arrive or depart.
As a general rule, you can drop off your belongings upon arrival, but you must allow our housekeeper to finish her work. You can return as soon as I confirm or after the indicated check-in time.

The cost of parking can vary from £5 to £20 per day depending on where you park and how many hours you stay. For example, some car parks (there are many in the city centre) are free between 5 p.m. and 9 a.m., but if your vehicle stays all day, you may have to pay £20...

How do I connect to Wi-Fi?

The Wi-Fi name and password have been sent to you by email. You can also find them in the ‘important notes’ section of the ‘Guide’ linked on this page.

Question 9

We have a young child (aged 0-5), where can they sleep?

Accepted Answer

It is best to contact us to let us know.
The apartments have all the necessary equipment: changing table, travel cot, crib, sheets, high chair. If you already have a small pillow or blanket for your baby, feel free to bring them with you.

Question 10

The heating isn't working. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

If any radiators are faulty (try them all), don't worry, there are spare radiators available.

Question 11

What should I do when I leave?

Accepted Answer

- Please dispose of all paper in the bin and place used sheets at the foot of the bed.
- Ensure the heating is set to minimum or on the ‘snowflake’ icon, where available.
- Close the door lock(s); make sure the door is properly closed.
- When you leave, follow the same procedure as for check-in by placing the key in the box, then close it and it will lock automatically.
