My story
This past few years reshaped me in ways I didn’t expect.
Walking through separation was not just the ending of a relationship — it was the unraveling of an identity I had outgrown.
I realised how easy it is for women to slowly drift away from themselves. Not in dramatic ways, but in quiet compromises. In over-understanding. In silencing their inner knowing.
The work that brought me back was not loud.
It was intentional.
Daily meditation.
Reiki self-practice.
Belief work.
Nervous system regulation.
Choosing myself in small ways.
Coming home to yourself is not a single moment. It is a series of conscious decisions.
That journey changed me — and it deepened my commitment to supporting other women through theirs.
