 HELLCARD II on Steam

Online, co-op, deck building, roguelike game in Unreal Engine 5.

My responsibilities:
- Implementation of game features in Unreal Engine 5 using both, Blueprints and C++
- Set-up of Unreal Engine 5 console development kits
- Building and testing on consoles
- Working with Unreal Insights determining crucial places for optimization
- Implement the UI elements based on the given design
- Extending the engine capabilities by implementing previews for our own assets

In-house example game mod, made for Hellcard game to serve as a test for modding pipeline and example for the community, how to make new mods. All the code and assets were made public here: https://github.com/ThingTrunkOfficial/hellcard-mod-support

My responsibilities:
- Research possibilities and potential of AngelScript as tool to make additional content for modders 
- Integration of C++ hooks with AngelScript
- Co-design the main content for the example mod including, character, cards, artifacts, influences
- Use of Miro as a tool to brain storm the ideas and mind maps
- Creating assets based on approved design using in-house game engine editor

Online, co-op, deck building, roguelike game made entirely with inhouse C++ game engine.

My responsibilities:
- Development of an in-house engine written in C++ 
- Researching experimental game features
- Debugging and resolving singleplayer and multiplayer bugs reported by players
- Implementing new content to the game based on the given design, including  new monsters, Gargoyles and their features
- Writing documentation about influence effects
- Working with a custom game editor

Puzzle, casual game about connecting blocks. Made in Unity. It was showcased at the ZTGK 2025 contest, where it was ranked in the Top 3 in the Mobile Game category.

- Creating new obstacles for players to diverse the game
- Create and design of all VFX
- Implementation of level creation tool to quickly test the ideas
- Adjust the game UI to mobile screens

BoxBond

Mobile game about little blob traveling through the space. It was showcased at the ZTGK 2024 contest, where it was ranked in the Top 3 in the Mobile Game category and was awarded by Digital Dragons team.

I made a fully functional NES emualator. I learned a lot about low level programming and how the hardware works.

Cellular automata simulation but in 3D space.

- Written in C++
- First time meeting with Vulkan
- Up to 4 different cell states
- Up to 10000 cells
- Used instancing to render all the cells

Additional Activities

I actively participate in a local board game testing group at Goblin Pub, providing structured feedback on gameplay balance, mechanics clarity, and player experience. Collaborate with designers to identify improvement areas and refine prototypes through multiple testing sessions.
