Good rates and friendly staff but they do charge commission of 1KM for Euros and 2KM for other currencies.

I decided to change here (20 €) because I saw a good rate, but in the end they charged me a commission of 1 €. In the receipt it says that they charged 1%, but 1 € is 5% of 20. Way too high

Transparent fees. Professional looking employee and small office inside the Hotel. 1% fee for EUR, 2% for USD/CHF/TRY/etc; minimum fee is 2 BAM (Mark). Price is more or less the same at other places.
