What are the payment methods?

I work with PIX as my payment method.

I use a 50/50 system: 50% upfront and the remaining 50% upon project delivery.

This helps ensure commitment from both sides.

What if I don’t like the final result?

No worries! I ask clear and objective questions to make sure everything matches your style from the start.

If adjustments are needed:
– Digital design: 2 free revisions. Extra revisions cost $6 to $10 each.
– Video: 1 free revision. Extra revisions cost $10 to $20 each.

Everything is discussed calmly, okay? Each project takes time and dedication, and I work with multiple clients. But you can trust that my work is done with experience and care.

Do you edit short videos or only larger projects?

I work on videos up to 5 minutes when the editing is simpler. If the project requires motion design and more complex elements, the limit is up to 3 minutes to ensure quality.

For a few reasons, I don’t take on longer videos, such as 8–15 minute content (usually YouTube-style).

However, if you need thumbnails, I’ve got you covered on the design side!

How long does it take to get the final design/video?

It depends on the demand and the type of project, but I usually deliver within 2 to 4 days.
