Please review & answer our puppy questionnaire to further help us find the best fit for your family.  Puppy Questionnaire

 1. Can you provide at least 2 references pertaining to the quality of care you provide your furbabies? (Vet, doggy trainer, dog sitter, doggy day care, close family)

 2. Do you have a regular Veterinarian? What is your typical protocol for vaccinations? 

 3. Are you familiar with brachycephalic breed and requirements pertaining to activity restriction in certain temperatures? 

 4. Do you have a pool, lake, pond or other body of water on your property? 

 5. What is your fencing scenario? 

 6. Will you be utilizing a crate or pen when you are away from puppy for hours at a time? 

 7. Are you currently equipped to raise & train a puppy…schedule, training tools, patience, skill and seeking help if deemed necessary? 

 8. Do you understand that Frenchies can not be left outside, we do not permit doggy doors, long lead lines outside or while walking? We  encourage you to only use harnesses due to collars putting pressure on trachea. 

 9. Per your contract, We highlight that we prefer spay/neuter to be performed after maturity which is after one year of age & preferably 15 months. In addition, we only provide AKC paperwork after spay/neuter contracts are fulfilled with proper documentation.

 10. Do you understand that your health contract will be void if you: vaccinate for Lyme/Lepto before 1 year of age??

 11. Do you commit to doing your own research to any toxins in your immediate environment or that you give to your dog orally or topically? ( flea/tick meds, fertilizers, pesticides, carpet cleaners, household cleaners, paint, and other chemicals)

12. Do you agree to have puppy health checked within 72hrs of possession or contract is void, and to follow all puppy care instructions we send home with our babies?
