Matt and his crew have done several jobs for us including replacing a roof and shutters. They are easy to work with, have great customer service and get everything done in a timely fashion, they even went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and all trash was cleaned and taken away like they weren’t even here. They were also quick to return phone calls, answered all Our questions promptly and professionally and we will continue to use their services whenever we can. We have recommended them to several friends and have heard they’ve had the same results. Highly recommend New Image Elite!!!

Service is great, have used New Image for new roofing ans several repairs now. Matt, Peggy and the team are always great to work with. I met Stash this last time and he was awesome taking the time to explain adn not only make the repair, but also perform some routine maintenance i was not aware of. Highly recommend if you have any roofing, siding, or exterior trim work repairs or freshen up needed.

New Image Elite Roofing provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Their customer response time was outstanding and very responsive, professional and attentive to our need. They quickly identified and fixed the problem with care and precision. I do not have to worry about my mom's roof. We are both stress-free. I highly recommend New Image (LaPlata) to anyone looking for quality service.
