Since 1998, researchers have discovered many more potentially ominous capabilities evolving from advanced HAARP technology such as the ability to dangerously manipulate the planet’s geomagnetic field and geophysical processes.

“The US military deny HAARP alleged geo-warfare capacity but admit that HAARP is used for long range submarine communication or searching for metals deep within the earth’s surface. 

HAARP has a known research presence in Antarctica despite all military research in Antarctica being banned under the moratorium.”

During February 1998 the parliament held a public hearing addressing their concerns over the emerging HAARP technology.
 
“NATO and the US had been invited to send representatives, but chose not to do so,” the subcommittee noted.

“Another damaging consequence of HAARP is the occurrence of holes in the ionosphere caused by the powerful radio beams.
 
The ionosphere protects us from incoming cosmic radiation. The hope is that the holes will fill again, but our experience of change in the ozone layer points in the other direction. This means substantial holes in the ionosphere that protects us.

“With its far-reaching impact on the environment HAARP is a matter of global concern and we have to ask whether its advantages really outweigh the risks.

 The similarities between the AZT scandal and what is happening today with the peak of the Coronavirus and remdesivir are striking. Once again, Fauci ended all treatments with cheap, non-toxic drugs. US taxpayers paid for the investigation, while pharmaceutical companies collected the profits, bearing no responsibility for injuries and deaths.

Psilocybin is a tryptamine alkaloid that is metabolized in the body into psilocin, a hallucinogenic compound responsible for the psychoactive effect of certain edible mushrooms.

Psilocybin actually increases brain connectivity, according to a study by researchers at King's College London who asked 15 volunteers to undergo brain scanning by a functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) machine. They did so once after ingestion of a dose of magic mushrooms, and once after taking a placebo.
 

The resulting brain connectivity maps showed that, while under the influence of the drug, the brain synchronized activity between areas that do not normally connect with each other.

Psilocybin acts by binding to receptors for the neurotransmitter serotonin by slowing down activity in areas such as the thalamus, which may allow information to travel more freely throughout the brain, because the region is a gatekeeper that often limits connections, according to the researchers at Imperial College London.

But how far back have humans been traveling on magic mushrooms? 

It's not an easy question to answer, but a 1992 paper in the short-lived journal, "Integration: Journal of Mind-Moving Plants and Culture," argued that rock art in the Sahara goes back 9,000 years depicting hallucinogenic mushrooms.

Large regions of the atmosphere could be lifted to an unexpectedly high altitude so that missiles encounter unexpected and unplanned drag forces with resultant destruction or deflection. Weather modification is possible by, for example, altering upper atmosphere wind patterns or altering solar absorption patterns by constructing one or more plumes of atmospheric particles which will act as a lens or focusing device. Ozone, nitrogen, etc. concentrations in the atmosphere could be artificially increased.
