How can I get fresh bottled drinking water delivered to the unit?

There are a few easy options:

1. Buy water at a local grocery store in Tulum. 
   
    You can buy 10-liter drinking water jugs at either La Comer or Chedraui, and bring them back to the unit. These bottles have carrying handles, but weigh around 22 pounds/11kg each.

2. Use Agua Viva, a local water-delivery service.
   
To refill bottles, send a WhatsApp message to Agua Viva @ 529842172022

They typically deliver between 12:00–1:00 p.m. and will bring 20-liter bottles directly to the unit.

You’ll give them the empty 20-liter bottle, and they’ll replace it with a fresh one.

The cost should be 80 MXN per 20-liter bottle, but please confirm the current price and delivery time when ordering.

You need to be present for delivery.
Cash payment required upon delivery.

When are the two restaurants at Siwa open?

As of today (May 5th, 2026), the restaurant at Siwa Eleve is open for breakfast 7 days a week from 8:00am to 11:30AM.

The restaurant at Siwa Tulum (Profundo) is open from 12:00 noon to 5PM for Lunch and 6:00pm to 10:00pm, 7 days a week for dinner.

There are several great food delivery services in Tulum, including Tomato and Uber Eats.

Once you’ve downloaded your preferred app and set up your account, browse the available restaurants and use the following delivery address:

How do I use the all-in-one Samsung washer/dryer?

Accepted Answer

Unlike using a separate washer and dryer, the Samsung all-in-one washer/dryer uses steam to dry your clothes, and thus needs to be used in a specific way.

First, watch this short tutorial video:

Steps: 
1. Turn on washer/dryer
2. Set Wash Cycle to the "1" Label. (works for most loads) 
3. Set Drying time to 60 minutes, by pushing the "2" Label till "60" appears in the window. (NOTE: 60 will only appear for a few second, then the display will show the total wash and dry time, which should be 2:25)

4. Add HE (High Efficiency) Liquid Detergent ONLY, to the far left try.

Important: 
* Only use a small amount of HE liquid detergent (LEVEL 1 MAX) 
* Only fill the drum ½ full of cloths. 
* ALWAYS wash towels and bed linens seperately 
***If you don't, your clothes will never dry.
