10/10 experience! Ashton and Jacob were great hosts on the zip lines… which were super fun and very kid-friendly; my 4 and 5yo loved it! Jaylee was our horseback guide and she was super dynamic and we all loved the walk through the forest and hills! Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area, especially if you have young kids… there’s a lot for everyone to do!

This was my first time at Janell Ranch and to be honest will be on my list to do when I come back to Tennessee! Not only was there something to do for all ages, the atmosphere was cozy and and inviting. I booked they day before never having been to the ranch and the communication with staff was quick and effortless, they were able to answer any questions that I had via text so that my mind was at ease. I was able to do a trail ride with Hailey and she was great with our group. The horses were calm and knew where they were going. I did at a few times ask if I could ride Magic home back to Canada, but alas I did not. The views through the trail were beautiful but I decided that I needed to see them better with the 6 zip lines that were breathtaking and so much fun. If you had asked me prior to getting harnessed I would have said I was scared out of my mind of the thought of heights and the zip lining, however Riley, Jacob and Ashton made my afternoon so much better! They made sure I felt safe and had a great time! Riley made sure to show off how easy it was to zip line upside down or do a front flip. Meanwhile Jacob and Ashton made sure I didn’t need the depends that I was wishing I wore buy using humour to put my anxiety at ease. They really make a great team and I truly had an amazing day! Next time I come out I will definitely check out the Atv trail and meet Aboo the cute monkey as there was not enough time in my schedule. Ps. Boys I will leave my pacifier at home next time and definitely try to flip upside down!

Absolute 10/10. I would recommend Jayell Ranch to anyone visiting Tennessee. My family did the UTV rides and exotic animal experience and they were memories my kids and I will have forever. Wes to us out on the UTV and Jaycelyn did our animal experience - both were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and fun. Jennifer handled our check in experience and also provided amazing customer service. Also, I need to just give a shoutout to Haus, the dog, because he is an absolute angel. We will absolutely be returning!!
