4. Is the payment refundable if I cancel?

No refund will be given for cancellations due to personal reasons (e.g. emergency, change of mind). Please alert.

5. What happens if the trip is cancelled?

- If cancelled due to weather/natural disasters, for safety, hikes may be delayed, adjusted, or rescheduled. Safety is always our priority.
- If cancelled by airline (flight issues), refunds are subject to the airline’s policy (we recommend travel insurance).

Open trip groups usually 12-14 pax. Private trip size is up to you.

8. What happens if the minimum number of participants in Open Trip is not reached as planned.

Open trip prices are based on a minimum number of participants.
If the number of participants is below the minimum, the cost per person will increase to cover the shared expenses. No worries! we will always try to minimize any increase and may offer discounts or cover part of the cost whenever possible.

We’ll provide a suggested flight schedule after you register to match our trip itinerary.

11. What happens if I get sick or injured during the trip?

Our guides will assist and prioritize your safety. In emergencies, evacuation will be arranged (cost borne by participant or insurance).

12. Will a toilet available at the camp site?

We’ve set up a toilet tent with a hole dug in the ground. Suggestion: bring your own portable water bidet, - wet wipes are not allowed.

13. What size backpack (in liters) should I bring?

45–50L backpack should be fine. Just bring what you really need and leave anything unnecessary at the basecamp.

There are no shower facilities on the mountain - Shower facilities only provided at basecamp.

Signal is none at higher campsites. There’s no signal at the higher campsites, so please inform your family, friends, or loved ones before the trip.

Most local guide speak Bahasa Indonesia & Malaysia. Don't worry.. If you need a translator, it’ll cost around IDR 800,000 for 1 trip.

Participants are responsible for their belongings. We are not liable for lost/damaged items. Please keep valuables safe & minimal.

No worries! Our trips are beginner-friendly (for a few mount), but a basic level of fitness is recommended. We will guide you throughout the journey.

No worries, our guides will assist you, and the group will support each other. Safety comes first.

Yes, but you must follow the agreed payment schedule.

For most open trips, each tent accommodates 3–4 people. If you’d like a tent for 2 person, you can upgrade for an additional 100,000 IDR (cash payment).
