Our Intramuros Walking Tour is aguided walking tour that takes you through the historic streets of Manila's walled city - Intramuros. The tour includes key historical landmarks such as Fort Santiago, Plaza Roma, Manila Cathedral, San Agustin Church, Casa Manila and other significant sites within Intramuros.

How long does the tour last?

Accepted Answer

Our Regular and Public Tour lasts approximately 3 hours, while our Express Tour runs for about 2 hours. However, the duration may vary depending on the group’s pacing and engagement, sometimes extending by 15-30 minutes.

What time does the tour start and where is the meeting point?

Accepted Answer

Our Public Tours start at 9:00AM, while the Private Tours can be scheduled at your preferred time, with 9:00AM or 2:00PM as our recommended options.

The meeting point is at Fort Santiago Ticket Booth, which will be provided in your booking confirmation.

What is included in the tour fee?

Accepted Answer

The tour fee includes guided narration, entrance fees to specific sites (if applicable), and a curated experience of Intramuros' history and culture. For Regular Private Tours (3H), a Kalesa or Tranvia ride is included. In Public Tours, a Kalesa or Tranvia ride is included if there are more than 4 guests. The Express Tour (2H) does not include a Kalesa or Tranvia ride.

What should I bring and expect during the tour?

Accepted Answer

Bring a copy of your booking confirmation for verification. Wear comfortable walking shoes, light clothing, and modest attire (for church visits), and bring water, sunscreen, a hat or umbrella for sun/rain protection, and a small bag for your essentials.

We will have short breaks and restroom stops at select locations. You'll have time to browse local shops for souvenirs after the tour.

Is the tour suitable for children, seniors, or those with mobility challenges?

Accepted Answer

Yes! The tour is family-friendly, but there will be walking on uneven surfaces. While it may be challenging for wheelchair users due to stairs and uneven pathways, we can plan for alternative routes—just let us know in advance.

What happens if I arrive late? Can I still join the tour?

Accepted Answer

We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early. If you will arrive late, please contact us immediately. While we may allow you to catch up, we cannot guarantee that you will experience the full tour.

What happens if it rains? Do you provide refunds or reschedule?

Accepted Answer

The tour continues in light rain, so bring an umbrella or raincoat. In case of severe weather, we will reschedule or provide a refund as per our cancellation policy.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Cancellations must be made at least three (3) days before the tour. If canceled less than three (3) days in advance, the deposit is forfeited. Cancellations made three (3) days before the tour may be eligible for a refund.

Yes, pre-booking and advance payment are required to secure your slot.

How big is the tour group?

Accepted Answer

For Public/Shared Tours, the group typically has 10 to 25 participants for an intimate and interactive experience. For Private Bookings, we can accommodate 30 to 40 guests.

Can I take photos and videos during the tour?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Photography is encouraged, but please be respectful in churches, museums, and other solemn sites where flash photography may not be allowed. We’d love to see your photos—tag us on social media and use #dontskipmanila when you post!
